The Crown Inn is situated in the North West Leicestershire village of Heather.
North West Leicestershire was historically a mining area which now has given way to the National Forest, and there are plenty of winding roads, beautiful countryside, and loads of places to see and visit. Its only a short ride away from world renowned Mallory Park and Donington Park race circuits, and is just below the bottom of the Peak District, and the M1 and M42 are also a short ride away, so its easy to get to!
Located not far off the A447 between Hinckley and Coalville, there is a small village called Heather, and in that village, there lies The Crown Inn. The pub has a large car park and garden, and free camping is available if you call us for more details (click here for our contact info).
The Crown prides itself on serving real ales and has free live music every Saturday night – in fact, live music at The Crown has become so popular, that we even get bands to play on the occasional Friday night too. Not only that, but we also play a massive part in the annual Heather Music Festival, by hosting bands inside, and out throughout a weekend jam-packed with live music!
From March, The Crown Inn hosts its very own bike night on a Friday.
