Winner of the Independent Music Awards' “Best Rock Album of the Year” with 'American Ride' in 2013 and subsequent albums receiving accolades galore, he is enjoying something of a late-career renaissance.

Willie has toured across the U.S. with The Who and has sung with Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band. As the induction program from the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame says: “His live performances are legendary.” His latest (and 12th) studio album 'Children of Paradise' was released in 2018 to universal acclaim. The song "Seeds Of A Revolution" was named "Coolest Song In The World" by Little Steven's Underground Garage.
